Arthur Hilliard

Senior policy advisor, Digital, Insurance Europe

Arthur Hilliard is a Senior Policy Advisor at Insurance Europe, the European insurance and reinsurance federation. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading the work on digital policy and covers a wide range of topics, including artificial intelligence, cloud computing and digital finance. Arthur has previously worked for the European Commission and the European Consumer Centre Network, promoting the benefits of the digital single market for European citizens. In addition to bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics at University College Dublin (Ireland), he has completed further postgraduate studies in law, including an LL.M in Intellectual Property and ICT Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (Belgium).
